Bitesize Heaven

You've just gotta, I mean GOTTA try this recipe! Snagged it from somewhere, I forget!
It's to die for! *smacks lips*

Cheesecake Cupcakes
3x8oz CreamCheese
4 large eggs
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling - cherry is good

1. Line cupcake tins with liner and put 1 wafer in each
2. Blend creamcheese and eggs til smooth
3. Add lemon juice and sugar, blend til smooth
4. Pour into tins 3/4 full
5. Bake @ 350F for 20-30 min til golden. Cool and top with filling.

Golfing is fun!

So, I golf.
I only play with Nike MOJO's.
Reason why: It gives me cheap thrills when I hit my ball into the shrubbery and go in to find it and emerge victoriously, shouting, "I found my MOJO!!!!"
I know, silly.

SPA!!!

I highly recommend, with 2 big thumbs up, to take the opportunity to escape to a deserted island that has a spa as it's sole commercial occupant. Cuz, there is nothing more peaceful than a massage under the sheer cotton drapes with the salt-spray on your back and the lapping of the ocean on the white sands.
*sigh*
